I choose...6/9/20

Often when we journey into nature,  it is not alone. With the exception of our lovely hiking expeditions,  we often go with two or three trusted fellow wanderers.  Sometimes,  we even go with a larger group of varying abilities and maturities. 

The funny thing about our journey is that even though we have planned our exact execution,  sometimes the universe steps in.  And as the universe does, it sends us growth challenges.  

The question then becomes... When the road vanishes from beneath us, how do we respond?  

A wise woman once told me, “train the child for the road,  not the road for the child”.  This has become a mantra as a nurturer and a traveler. 

Because This is my belief, I choose to believe In a greater PURPOSE.  I choose to believe in TRUTH and LOVE.  I choose to believe in OTHERS.  I choose to believe in MYSELF.
